Immerse Education has been named a finalist for the GoAbroad Awards, which celebrate and recognise outstanding achievements in international education. The awards honour innovative ideas, creativity, and originality in the field of global education, and winners are selected by the Innovation Awards Academy, a group of distinguished international educators.

The EdTechX Awards celebrate organisations and individuals who have made exceptional contributions to the advancement of education through technology. Being shortlisted for this award is a testament to the innovative and impactful work we at Immerse Education have accomplished.

The Oxford Summer Courses Guide showcases the best Oxford and Cambridge summer schools each year, supporting students to find the best summer school for them. Using a range of criteria including quality of tuition, pastoral support provided, student reviews and the overall student experience, we are proud to be awarded Gold Summer School status for our upcoming 2023 programmes.

The Institute of Leadership and Management is a professional body that helps unlock individual and business potential. The Institute is the professional membership body for an active, international community of over 50,000 leaders, managers, coaches and mentors – but they are much more than a professional body. They create world–class tools, deliver award–winning e–learning and undertake practical research to help unlock individual leadership potential.

Immerse Education students who complete a PPE or FFL programme are jointly recognised by the Institute of Leadership and Management for having undertaken an Institute-accredited course. This means students can join the Institute, and have access to a range of leadership development resources. Alumni who choose to join the Institute will also be eligible to use the Institute’s post-nominals.

For over 25 years, the British Accreditation Council has been responsible for setting standards within the independent further and higher education sector. Our accreditation is held by hundreds of colleges in the UK and overseas. The British Accreditation Council provides the leading mark of educational quality for the sector. It requires a rigorous on-site inspection that covers all aspects of the student experience including health and safety, management, administration, welfare, teaching and learning. We are proud to display this badge of quality.

The British Youth Travel Awards are the sector’s opportunity to reward high achievers, gain recognition and raise the profile of the work and individual successes of organisations engaged in youth, student and educational travel to, from and within the UK.

Immerse was shortlisted for not just one, but three incredible awards:

The Pathway Provider Award, awarded to companies that have continued to serve high numbers of students throughout the pandemic, especially with pivots to online and evidence of improved student outcomes.

Exporting Excellence Award, focused on companies that have successfully exported overseas, and have a vision for future growth abroad.

And lastly, Charlotte Sabin, Immerse Education’s Programme Development Manager, was shortlisted for the Woman to Watch Award for being a woman who demonstrates “unwavering passion and commitment” to education.

Our residential programmes in Oxford, Cambridge, London, and Sydney have been approved by the DofE as meeting their sectional conditions and can count towards the achievement of a DofE Award.

We’re proud to announce that the Immerse Education Online Research Programme has been shortlisted for the GESAwards Special Track: Platforms for Boosting Transformative Competencies.

The Global Edtech Startup Awards were founded in 2014 with the aim of supporting global expansion and international collaboration in the Edtech space. They quickly gained international recognition as the major platform for all Edtech stakeholders to connect.

GES Awards provides the opportunity for innovators from around the world to showcase their products to a global audience, connect and build significant partnerships. In addition to promoting the best Edtech Startups, the GES Awards help to build local EdTech ecosystems as well as facilitates the flow of EdTech investments to alternative markets.

The Good Business Charter is a simple accreditation to recognise responsible businesses. It is open to UK organisations of all sizes and structure and measures organisations on ten components.

This accreditation measures behaviour over 10 components: real living wage, fairer hours and contracts, employee well-being, employee representation, diversity and inclusion, environmental responsibility, paying fair tax, commitment to customers, ethical sourcing, and prompt payment.

We are delighted to announce that we have been accepted onto the London & Partners Mayor’s International Business Programme, supported by the Mayor of London.
The programme helps London-based scaleups expand internationally by providing access to mentorship, expert advice, virtual trade missions, focused workshops and events, as well as introductions to potential new business partners.

The Queen’s Award for Enterprise is the UK’s most prestigious business award.

In 2018, Immerse Education was awarded the Queen’s Award for Enterprise. To be recognised by Her Majesty is a huge honour and a testament to the unique, educational experiences Immerse Education has been providing to students from across the world. Since its foundation in 2012, the organisation has welcomed thousands of students from over 100 nationalities to the UK to spend their summer learning in some of the world’s greatest academic settings.

TES, formerly known as The Times Educational Supplement, is a weekly UK publication aimed at school teachers in the UK. TES focuses on school-related news and features.
